Benjamin’s diversified background includes advertising design, marketing, art direction, and film production. His love for film and broadcast has been a major part of his professional career. Ben has served as producer for several feature films, including Andrew Librizzi’s “Holding On,” one of the award-winners at the prestigious WorldFest Film Festival. Having worked in many facets of entertainment, his knowledge of the industry has provided him with respected expertise in both advertising/marketing and film/broadcast arenas. These skills provide Pathlight Entertainment with an understanding of marketing and image to develop projects for all media forms of distribution.
Ben has appeared in several projects including Oliver Stone’s “JFK,” “Killing in a Small Town” for CBS and the title role in “The Dark Prince” for ABC Family. Dane has also had roles in “Echoes of Innocence,” “The Significant Other,” “I Am … Gabriel,” the western “Kill or be Killed” and the current festival-circuit comedy, “Second Impression.” However, “Beyond the Farthest Star” is one of his favorite achievements, playing Deputy Jimmy Wilkins and executive producing the project with Andrew Librizzi.
Ben is the founder and director of his own design agency, Robinson Creative – creating key branding for such clients as J.C. Penney, Brinks’s Home Security, Trammell Crow, Palm Beach Tan, Gables Residential and others. During this time, his company has accumulated a myriad of awards such as the Design of Excellence Award, Communicator Awards, Davey Awards, The Pillars of the Industry Awards and others. Robinson Creative was most recently honored to receive “Best Innovative Design Studio 2016.”
